Terms of Service

General
- Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
- You will only receive a digital file of the art that does not require physical shipping of any form.
- Please provide visual references and a description of what you'd like.
- In case you have a deadline, you will communicate this to me before payment.
- Emotes and Sub badges already include commercial fees
- Any other types of art does not include commercial fees by default, but this can be discussed.
- You, as the client, shall not use any commissioned work for AI, NFT's, crypto or anything of those sorts.What I will draw

- I will typically respond within two business days, also I am in the CEST time-zone, so I might not respond immediately due to this.
- When discussing the commission details I will communicate an expected deliver time. In case of delays (e.g. I get sick, major life events, ...) I will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.Payment and refunds
- All payment goes through PayPal
- I will only start working on the commission when the full payment has been sent. If this doesn't work for you, we can discuss a payment plan. Then I'll start once the first payment has been made.
- No refunds after the full or first payment has been made. In case of a payment plan, any upcoming unpaid payments can be cancelled.Revisions
- Two revisions are included in the base price. (e.g. majority of the pose, majority of the outfit, ...) For more than two revisions an additional fee will be discussed before proceeding.
- Small adjustments can be made until closing the commission. (e.g. move a limb a little, make something a little smaller/bigger, change the colors, ...)Rights and usage
- I reserve the rights to my artwork, you are not allowed to trace over, manipulate/edit or claim the art as your own.
- You are not allowed to re-sell commissioned artworks. If you want to use the artwork for merch, please discuss this with me upfront.
- I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for portfolio, resume or advertisement needs.
- I may post the commissioned artwork to my own social media accounts, unless stated otherwise.
- I Reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason.
- Unless you paid a commercial fee, or it is explicitly stated to be included in the price, you are only allowed to use the artwork for personal use. Using the artwork for non-monetary promotional purposes is allowed with me credited as the artist.
- Bad behavior and bad language will get your commission canceled and you may be blacklisted from future commissions as well.
- In case you don't communicate back when required, I may pause the commission until you respond. If this lasts for 30 days, the commission will be cancelled without a refund.
